2. Poorly packaged, they just stick a rack in an empty box and theres so much space for it to move around. I had to return it and get a other one and the 2nd one was leaking oil out the rack. I waited almost a month for what was supposed to be a good rack and got that. I ended up keeping it because I needed to get my vehicle back on the road but wasted time and money with them. 12-31-23
